Ingredients for cooking soup
Wash out the meat, add to a pot of cold water. Add meat.
Put on intense fire. Formed during the boiling to remove the foam. Lower the heat to low.

Omit the onion in the broth, add the mixture of herbs, Bay leaf and salt to taste. Give writing a rolling boil for another 10-15 mins and remove from heat.
Soup with fresh cabbage and beans are ready.
