Beat whites and set aside.
Whisk the egg yolks with fine cane sugar Mistral.
Adding the ground almonds and semolina (Mistral).
Gently stir in the dough proteins and baking in MW in the "Baking" 40 minutes. The finished cake is well cooled. Preferably in the fridge, maybe, so it will be better to cut.
For the cream beat sour cream with sugar powder. At the beginning of the even whipping heavy cream becomes liquid! Be patient - after 2-3 minutes, it will air the sour cream. )))
Sponge cake cut into 2-3 parts. Who will like. I have left 3. The first layer of biscuit lubricated cream on top and strawberry jam.
They do the same with the second layer. Then put the third sponge cake. Grease the cake from all sides with cream and decorate according to your taste. For decoration I used almonds, coconut and candy. Give the cake soak for several hours.
