Rice casserole in a slow cooker
Delicious, tender, flavorful casserole. A great way of "recycling" leftovers of the rice porridge.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Mix the eggs, sour cream, boiled rice, raisins and 2 tablespoons sugar. Lightly beat into a soft mousse with a fork.
