Sauce
Amazing sauce "Bolognese& amp;quot;. It will decorate any of your meals. The Italians use it as a sauce in lasagna, and gladly devours it with ravioli and pasta.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Tomato sauce

    1 l

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Finely chop the vegetables: onions, carrots and celery. put on fire a pan with a thick bottom, with oil. When the oil is hot - add the chopped vegetables.

Fry all until Golden brown. add the beef, mix well.

Saute 10 minutes, stirring constantly. add the wine.

When the smell of the wine has evaporated, add the tomato sauce, water, Bay leaf. bring to boil. reduce the heat to minima and cook for half an hour /until sauce thickens/. add to taste salt, pepper. keep frying for another 5 minutes.
