Cake Shkatulochka
Decided to treat their loved ones on the occasion of September 1 delicious cake with a secret! Let me tell you something, this was inspired by the sweet culinary masterpieces of Tamarack (Shepeleva Tamara cook) wanted to cook a cake one of her wonderful recipes, but remembered this and decided to share with you. This cake is very easy to prepare, and with the invention of slow cookers, which is simply, quickly, well, and delicious of course!   • Condensed milk

    400 g

  • White chocolate

    250 g

  • Walnuts

  • Cocoa powder

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp


Well whisk the eggs with the sugar until fluffy mass.
In a separate container mix flour, cocoa and baking powder.
Then, sift the flour into the eggs and stir, but not for long. The more we mix, the less lush get the biscuit.
The Cup multivarki grease with butter and pour in it the dough. Put on the "Cakes" for 50 minutes. After finishing the main program, it is possible to hold a heated, 10-15 minutes.
Get our lush cake from slow cooker and allow to cool on a wire rack.
Cut from the layer "cover" our box thickness 1cm and put aside. From the main part we take out all the pulp, leaving the sides with a thickness of about 1 cm, it will be the very casket.
In a separate bowl, finely crumble sponge cake from pulp and thoroughly mix it with the boiled condensed milk, softened butter and crushed nuts.
Stuffing put inside our boxes and cover with "lid".
Melt white chocolate with remaining butter in a water bath.
Pour white glaze "cover" of our cake boxes and decorate to your liking. Put in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
