Description
I want to offer you a spicy sauce on the basis of soft cheese. The sauce is not inferior to mayonnaise. Sauce with cheese, garlic and herbs is a light, fresh and very tasty. It combines perfectly with vegetables, meat and fish. Depending on your preference, the sauce can be made thick and more liquid. Greens choose according to your taste.

Cooking
Cheese, vinegar, mustard, garlic powder, salt, black pepper and herbs to blend. If you have no soft cheese, pound to a homogeneous mass with milk or cream. Fresh greens should be pre-crushed.
Add the olive oil and mix well. If the sauce is too thick – add a little cold milk or vegetable broth.
The sauce is ready to eat.
