Braised pork almost in Croatian
Why "almost" -because in the recipe found online, I added quite a bit myself. The meat is tender, the gravy delicious, the aroma while cooking floated throughout the apartment. Still multivarka cool thing!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Sour cream

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Broth

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

In the slow cooker, pour a little vegetable oil, switch mode "Frying", we will give a slightly warm and spread the finely chopped onion. Fry until Golden brown about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

There also put chopped fairly large pieces of meat, stir.

Fry in the program of "Frying" until the meat changes color. Personally I'm not too fried. Add the broth, salt, pepper, spices. Set the program "Quenching" and stew for 1 hour.

While the meat is stewed do the following. Tomatoes, scalded with boiling water, and freed from the skins, grate (I think blender is fine).

Potatoes also cut into not too small.

Potatoes and tomatoes spread to meat, stir and simmer for another 1 hour.

Approximately 5-10 minutes before end of cooking add sour cream (this is not in the original, but I love the creamy taste), add the greens, stir and wait a sound signal about the end of the cooking.
