Pork rice

  • Cinnamon

  • Orange zest

On a very well heated pan and fry in vegetable oil meat. Literally the minute on each side, until Golden brown. So our meat will remain juicy when cooked inside.
In the bowl multivarki add the rice, salt to taste, cinnamon, zest and orange juice...

Arrange the meat smeared with sauce side of rice. The remaining sauce spread on the steaks. Install the program "Quenching" for 45 minutes. If you don't have a slow cooker, cook in the oven under a lid at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes
