Description
Salad balls taste very similar to the salad "Mimosa", as the ingredients are almost identical, but with some changes and additions. Perfect for the holiday table. Very tender and tasty.

Cooking
Boil the vegetables and eggs clean. Salmon mash with a fork.
Grate potatoes on a coarse grater.
Eggs grate on a small grater.
Carrots grate on a fine grater.
Cheese grate on a fine grater.
All mix and add 1 tbsp soy sauce Kikkoman.
Add the mayonnaise and chopped green onions. Stir it carefully.
Sesame fry in a pan until Golden brown.
Salad weight will skatiem balls slightly larger than walnut. I got 19 balls.
Coat each ball in sesame seeds. Served to the table. If You do not like sesame, you can replace it with finely chopped dill and you'll have green balls. But sesame very tasty.
