Cooking
Herring unfreeze.
Remove the head and entrails... a Good wash...
Prepare the marinade. 1 litre of boiled cooled water, add salt, sugar, mix everything, then the vinegar.
Put the herring into the container where it will be salted.
Fill our the herring marinade. Add Bay leaf and allspice. Bring on the cold. Costs 2 - 3 days.
After 2 - 3 days, our herring ready! Incredibly delicious!!! The herring pickling onions. Bon appetit!!!
