Salad
My husband, following the advice of the esteemed Professor Preobrazhensky, who used to say that "the cold appetizers and soup eat only the remnants of the Bolsheviks landlords" prefer hot appetizers with vodka. Who would refuse from sweaty glasses under solyanochku or Julien? However, there are a couple of salads, which he takes in the cheers as snacks. One of them, "Miner" (safely renamed them "Acting" - adaptation of his "the profession")), I propose to Your attention.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    300 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cucumber

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt
