Salted mackerel
I want to share with you the recipe of a very tasty salted mackerel. The recipe is, well, sooo simple, just wait the very fish - need a little patience:) So come on down to fish :)))

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    1 kg

  • Salt

    6 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    1 Tbsp

  • Coriander

    1 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

All the proportions are calculated for 1 kg of fish. So, mix salt, pepper, sugar, coriander, and crushed Bay leaf.
