Description
The tentacles of squid, perhaps the cheapest of all the seafood. But many do not buy them, explaining that their "torment" cleaned. Just talked to my friends, until I taught them some tricks. All takes no more than 15 minutes. Maybe You will be interested.

Cooking
In unfrozen form tentacles are a rather unpleasant sight :-) .
Boil water. Pour the tentacles in the boiling water, while stirring them continuously for 30 seconds. The water turns a pinkish color, becomes cloudy. The tentacles cleared. Now quickly pour it all in the sink.
Remove plenochku. Now under running water three tentacles between her palms as though my hands. So we will remove the dirt from the suction cups.
Now they are clean, ready for further processing. All took 15 minutes. And You get a real seafood delicacy :-).
The tentacles can be divided if they are large enough.
Well, now marinade. In water, put salt, sugar, Bay leaf, lemon juice, oregano, olive oil and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Boiling marinade pour the tentacles. Leave them in the marinade until cool.
When the marinade has cooled, tentacles ready. You can shift them in a glass bowl, pour oil and put into the refrigerator. They last for at least a week (maybe longer - not tried, did not work :-) ).
You can eat so you can make some great salads and snacks, can be added to pasta. In General, members of the opposite sex.
