Cold beetroot and yoghurt
After reviewing almost all recipes, such as mine, not found, so I decided to introduce you to our favorite Cold beetroot and yoghurt. Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    900 g

  • Broth

    3 l

  • Beets

    600 g

  • Potatoes

    600 g

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Cucumber

    250 g

  • Lemon juice

  • Green onions

    50 g

  • Dill

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

Cooking

Boil the chicken breast, filling it to 3.5 liters of water. Strain the broth and cool. Potatoes, eggs and beets boil, cool and peel. Cut chicken and potatoes into small pieces.

Beets, fresh cucumber and eggs grate on a coarse grater.

Finely chop the onion and dill.

Chilled broth salt and pepper, add the yogurt and stir well

To yogurt-broth mixture gradually add the chopped ingredients, stirring constantly. Add lemon juice (optional) if the soup looks thick, then add cold boiled water. If necessary, season with salt and pepper. Put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours and give the beetroot well to cool and infuse.

Serve with sour cream, a slice of boiled egg and greens. We love to add pieces of ice. Help yourself!
