Delicate egg liqueur
This liqueur in the classic version is quite thick and sometimes you can eat with a spoon. But I wanted a more familiar state of liquor, and by experience I got thinner, but no less delicious liqueur, for those who like to sit-in on the gossip! PS And no longer have to lick the wine glasses to good not to waste.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Yolk egg

  • Sugar

  • Vanilla sugar

Take 3 egg yolks and 2 eggs, add sugar and vanilla sugar. Blender (blender, whisk) whisk until smooth, like eggnog. Sugar does not completely dissolve. Add butter, chilled boiled milk.
