Meat salad
Summer delicious vegetables, meats and cheese. Summer, hearty but not heavy salad. Lovely Breakfast before a long walk or a great dinner. Prepare this salad at least three times a week. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Meat

    100 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    200 g

  • Pepper

    100 g

  • Cucumber

    150 g

  • Onion

    100 g

  • Parmesan

    40 g

  • Balsamic

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Ingredients. I have white onions and cherry tomatoes, but you can use onions (very angry onions should be treated after cutting with boiling water and rinse with cold water) and tomatoes of cream - meaty and not very juicy.

Onion cut into quarter slices, put in a salad bowl and drizzle with balsamic vinegar (can use any vinegar) and a little salt.

Slice the meat and pepper strips, cucumbers and tomatoes on request, but not too small.

Add all the vegetables and meat in the bowl to the onions.

Grate cheese.

Drizzle the salad with olive oil.

Stir and serve.
