Sauce of yellow tomatoes
This year my mother the country grew just a huge crop of yellow tomatoes. They are sweet, juicy - simply no words!!! All summer we have enjoyed. And by the fall I tried one to make the sauce. He's just very tasty!!! If you have yellow tomatoes - I recommend to try!!


  • Tomato

    350 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Honey

    3 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 tsp

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Mustard

    3 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp


Tomatoes wash, dry, remove the stalk, cut arbitrarily
Fold the tomatoes into a saucepan, and boil on medium heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, add the garlic
Grind everything in a blender into a homogeneous mass. Season with turmeric
Add spicy Russian mustard, salt, honey. Salt and sweetness and adjust to taste.
And a little soy sauce "Kikkoman"
If you want to have the sauce immediately, then just offer it in a jar and store in the refrigerator. It is stored up to 1 week. If you want to preserve, then boil it 5 minutes, put in hot sterilized banks and roll sterile lids prokipyachennymi. Wrap up in a blanket without turning it to cool down.
