Description

Cantuccini with dried cranberries and oranges
Cantuccini Italian crackers. Very family-friendly autumn-winter tea. This recipe emanates the approaching New year, because it has cranberries and oranges. Crackers can be stored in a dry place for up to 3 months, although you are unlikely to get it.

Cooking

step-0
Melt butter in the microwave, add the brown sugar. I have Demerara from TM "Mistral". Beat with a mixer until the sugar is dissolved.
step-1
Add the egg, vanilla, zest and juice of half an orange. Lightly whisk.
step-2
Add flour and baking powder, stir.
step-3
The dried almonds in a frying pan, grind in a large crumb, put in the batter, added some dried cranberries.
step-4
Knead a soft elastic dough.
step-5
Divide the dough in half, make the sausages, put on the laid baking paper baking sheet. Put the pan in heated to 180 degrees oven, bake until light Browning 25 minutes.
step-6
Take out the workpiece from the oven, allow to cool slightly and cut with a sharp knife diagonally on crackers 1.5 cm thick. Put on a baking sheet cut up. And again put in oven for 10 minutes. Dried. But do not desiccate!!!
step-7
Allow the croutons to cool. Bon appetit!
