Sun-dried tomatoes
Always loved sun-dried tomatoes.. but their price is scary.. like 6 hours cooking in the oven.. but this year I bought a dryer for fruits and vegetables. powerful and roomy, and decided to make a knight's move-zavyalit tomatoes in it, and bake it well with the oil and spices at your own risk in the oven for about 15 minutes))-well, it was very hot in the summer and fall... came out amazing!! Tasty, flavorful and not compare with the purchase!! How much!! Come on-tell me how I'm at the cottage "was playing&a mp;quot;

Cooking

step-0
Tomatoes I decided to take the cream-they are fleshy, smaller and convenient to cut
step-1
Cut these slices (width as you can see the average)
step-2
Loaded the dryer and put it on the porch (mode +75градусов 12 hours) the trays periodically changed places
step-3
Here such it turned out
step-4
This year discovered grape balsamic vinegar-very tasty thing!
step-5
In a Cup make a mixture of pepper, salt and sugar ratio should be 3:3:5 (so that the number define themselves, in the recipe I wrote about)
step-6
Spread the tomatoes on a baking sheet, sprinkle with mixture (I sprinkled random-not a lot)and put it in the oven not too hot (about 120)for about 15 minutes-no more! (I thought a little-no, it's okay-well here are with Aug in the fridge)
step-7
RUB the garlic and herbs
step-8
Add a little balsamic, stir
step-9
Remove the trays, and stir the mixture in the oven for a few minutes
step-10
Remove from baking sheet, folded in the container
step-11
Good to heat olive oil
step-12
Fill the tomatoes, tightly stuffed them into the jars (so that the oil acted as a centimeter from tomato) and on top of another, each about a teaspoon of balsamic.
step-13
Banks stored in the refrigerator. eat and enjoy. add them to pastas, casseroles, beef turns out incredible with them, not to mention buterbrodi... so 5 cans of 0.7 (but I really densely filled, even oil much left. but it's so delicious that toast snapped up at the moment)
