Plum sauce
Somehow my husband and I were invited to a restaurant where meat was served extremely tasty sauce. Don't know how, but I finally coaxed the recipe from a cook, which with pleasure will share, sure he will not disappoint You.


  • Drain

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    10 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Curry

    20 g


Clean from the bones, garlic from the skin and from pepper, cut off only the tail.
Pepper, plum and garlic scrolled in a meat grinder, put in a saucepan and add all remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and cook on low heat for 30 min. Then lay in sterilized jars and seal them with a lid. I make 3 servings and would be about 2.5 liters. Try and enjoy yourself.
