Hi! I want to show you a simple recipe by which you can prepare lunch or dinner in just half an hour.


  • Pasta

    150 g

  • Minced meat

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    1 can

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    5 piece

  • Salt

  • Paprika sweet

  • Broth

    2 cup

  • Vegetable oil


Prepare a deep pan. Heat it in oil, fry the finely chopped onion. Add the beef, mix well. Continue frying for about a minute.
Add chopped pepper, mix well. Fry for about a minute.
Then add the mushrooms, sliced plates. Stir and fry for a few seconds.
Add the raw vermicelli.
Add the tomatoes in their own juice. Pour the broth (or water). The water should be at the level of the pasta. Cover, bring to a boil. Cook for a few minutes. The pasta will be softer, stir the contents of the pan. Season with salt to taste and add spices. Cover and cook until evaporation of moisture until fully cooked pasta. Cooking time may vary depending on your pasta. You may have to add water in the cooking process. It took me about 15-20 minutes.
