  • Mayonnaise

Liver rinse, grind in a meat grinder or blender. Add the milk, eggs, flour, vegetable oil and salt, mix well.

On a heated pan with a diameter of 20-24 cm pour a ladle spoon the batter and bake cakes like pancakes, fried on both sides. Grease the pan with oil only necessary for the first tortillas, the rest will be separated by oil inside the test.
