Meat cake-Snack
This meat cake is a favorite of my husband, I prepare it on every holiday!

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    300 g

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Mayonnaise

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

Ready minced chicken salt to add spices, mix well. Add yogurt and eggs, all mix well, add flour, knead dense dough.

Carrots grate on a grater. Onion cut into small dice. All fry until Golden brown. Sauteed onions and carrots add in the mayonnaise, and "cream" for the cake is ready

The pan heat, pour oil. Spread the meat dough with a spoon and even out to make a pancake. Fry on both sides. And so, until all of the dough.
