Snack cake
The poinsettia known as "Christmas flower" or "Christmas star", certainly the most symbolic plant, appearing in homes on the eve of New year and Christmas. Unfortunately, not everybody can decorate your home with this luxurious flower... but, after preparing this cake, which looks very original and solemnly, you, undoubtedly, will decorate your holiday table. Tender chicken cakes with a juicy layer of mushrooms, tomatoes, cream cheese... the Harmony and perfection of taste... For the contest "Christmas style".

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    450 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Nutmeg

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    200 g

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 piece

Cooking

In minced chicken drive egg,

Add the milk, flour, salt and nutmeg. Mix well. The batter should be the consistency as pancakes.

Fry chicken pancakes on a heated, oiled frying pan on both sides until cooked.

Carrots grate and fry until soft in vegetable oil.

Mushrooms finely chop and stew until the liquid evaporates.

To connect carrots with mushrooms, skip through the press garlic and mayonnaise.

On the prepared ovenproof dish lay chicken pancake, grease it with carrot-mushroom mixture.

To cover the next pancake, brush with melted cheese, spread on top of sliced tomatoes.

Repeat the operation until you used the last pancake. The resulting cake to coat with a thin layer of mayonnaise on top and sides,

Then sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. Put the cake in a pre heated oven for 15 minutes to melt cheese.

With a cucumber cut the skin, and cut "leaves".

The same "leaves" cut and pepper.
