Description

Muhammara of roasted beets
Syrian dip. Traditionally prepared from the roasted peppers. Can be served as a sauce, or as a separate dish as garnish.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    3 piece

  • Walnuts

    0.75 cup

  • Narsharab

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    0.25 cup

  • Green onions

    3 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

Cooking

Beets clean.

Sprinkle with seasoning and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.

I took the seasoning for marinating vegetables Forester with marjoram and juniper berry.

Wrap in Foil

To ignite the coals. Put the grill pan Forester and put it in the beets bake for 30-40 minutes.

Arbitrarily cut. Put the beets in a blender.
