Description

Hot hunting salad
Hearty salad, delicious in hot or cold. In the original version used the meat of the deer, but to get it very problematic, so I replaced the beef.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    200 g

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Gherkins

    8 piece

  • Mushrooms

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

Onion cut into quarters rings, carrots grate on medium grater, fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Add meat, cut into small cubes,

Sliced mushrooms,

Cucumbers cut into sticks or large strips.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Saute over very low heat, covered, 3 minutes.

Remove pan from heat. Add to taste mayonnaise.

Stir and put in a salad bowl.
