Description

Oil Christmas cookies
Soft and at the same time crunchy cookies with creamy taste and vanilla flavor, decorated with icing, which is traditionally prepared in our family for Christmas and the New year creates such a festive mood! Off it is impossible! The dough is done literally in 10 minutes, very convenient knead it in the evening, and the next day to bake. Cookies get smooth, fair and do not swell when baked. And the frosting - very good, recipe, tested by time... what a pleasure to paint her cookies, especially fun to do with kids!

step-3
Roll out the dough thickness of 0.5 cm (most importantly, do not heat the test).

To cut the figures (if they'll decorate the Christmas tree, you need to make holes for ribbons) and place on covered baking paper baking sheet.
step-5
Bake in a preheated 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
step-6
Make the glaze by whisking 2 protein, not to the peaks.
step-7
Add 1 tsp of lemon juice. Gradually add 1 tbsp of powdered sugar (around 260 grams), continuing to beat on low speed of mixer.
