Tartar sauce with sour cream
One of the variations of many favorite sauce...

Ingredients

  • Pickled cucumber

    30 g

  • Green onions

    4 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    60 ml

  • Sour cream

    60 ml

  • Salt

    2 pinch

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

Cooking

1 raw and 1 cooked grind the yolks with a fork.

Cucumbers, protein and finely chop the onion.
