The fish in spicy tomato sauce

  • Starch

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Water

    0.5 cup

Take any fish: red or white, the main thing - not bony, clean, cut into fillets with skin. I have coho salmon. Cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with salt, pour lemon juice and leave to marinate for 5 minutes.

For breading take the flour and mix with herbs: Basil, marjoram, tarragon. Can use herbs to your taste.

Dip the fish in flour with herbs, put on a heated pan with oil.

Fry the fish on medium heat until Golden brown on both sides. Remove the fried fish on a plate.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Tomatoes wash and finely chop. In a pan pour vegetable oil, put tomatoes and fry stirring for 5 minutes.

Add pomegranate syrup and soy sauce "Kikkoman". Stir.

Starch pour cold water, stir.

Pour a solution of starch to the tomatoes, brew until thick.

Add finely cut bell pepper. Simmer for 1 minute.
