Heh, I was prevailed upon to perpetuate itself on the Cook :) the Dish is simple, but cuuuutee and hearty. For the competition "Family dish of the year".

Get the pasta"nests" in the desired quantity. I have one such "nest".
Take the mission – slicing onions. For some time now ceased crying from it – maybe contact lenses make "protection" ;-)

In minced meat add soaked in water white bread, onions. There also pepper and salt to taste. With all the meat we have is only dealing dad:-)
Take a deep pan with a thick bottom. Pour a little vegetable oil. Received meat stuffed with pasta "nests". This concern rests on the shoulders beslanskogo little brother Gennady :-)

And finally, our mother. Cut the mushrooms slices.
In a pan heat vegetable oil, fry in it the onion. Then put in it the sliced mushrooms and also fry. Pour fragrant oregano (or your favorite seasoning). Add meaaaaan.
Then pour into the pan the milk+water. In General, the number of cups may be smaller or Vice versa – depends on the size of the pan, which will prepare "nests". It took us 2,5 hundred.to milk and water. Salt. Bring to a boil.
Pour into the pan with a "nest". They should be covered completely. My brother does not like mushrooms, so two "nest" left a bit "bald" :-) cover the pan and cook on a slow fire about half an hour.
Spread on a dish. Sprinkle the top with grated hard cheese.
Tomatoes grate on a coarse grater, press out the cloves of garlic, stir and pour this our "nests". Sprinkling parsley. Krrrasota :-) Going all over the table and absorb cooked "nest" :-)
