Chicken baked with rosemary and vegetables
Traditional kiwi dinner.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • The chicken legs

    1.5 kg

  • Rosemary

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    0.25 cup

Cooking

Mix the balsamic vinegar with the garlic and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Clean the vegetables, cut krupo. Spread the vegetables in a baking tray, sprinkle with prepared dressing. Put in preheated oven to 200/220* C for 10 minutes.

With a sharp knife cut each chicken legs and fry until Golden brown on all sides.

Salt, pepper and sprinkle chicken with rosemary, spread on the vegetables. Sent to the pan with the vegetables and chicken in the oven for another 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
