Simple ginger biscuits
Simple quick ginger cookies from dough that does not require standing in the refrigerator, is very plastic and easily waste. Minimum time, maximum of spicy flavors and festive patterns.

Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

    85 g

  • Honey

    200 g

  • Ginger

    1.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1.5 tsp

  • Carnation

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Soda

    2 tsp

  • Butter

    115 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    440 g

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Citric acid

    0.25 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    165 g

Cooking

Mix in a small saucepan the sugar (I chose the Universal from the Mistral), honey, salt and all the spices. Put on medium heat and stir until boiling.

Remove the mixture from the heat. Add soda and stir until frothy. Then add the butter, stir until dissolved. And slightly beaten egg.

Gradually stir in flour. To put on the table, sprinkle with flour, and thoroughly mix and roll out to 5-6 mm.

Using cuttings to shape the future of the biscuits and place on baking sheet. Put bake in a preheated to 180 degrees oven for 10-12 minutes.

While cookies bake, make the frosting. To do this, whisk until soft peaks form protein together with citric acid. Gradually add powdered sugar, whisking continuously.

Put the frosting in a pastry bag with the thin circular nozzle. Decorate ready cookies.
