Cooking
Prepare the ingredients.
Clean the potatoes. Boil in salted water until tender. Add cream, mash into a puree.
Peel the onions and finely chop. Mushrooms finely chop. In vegetable oil fry the mushrooms with onions, salt, pepper.
Mashed potatoes, add in the fried mushrooms and mix well, the stuffing is ready.
The puff pastry defrost in advance, roll out and cut into 4 squares. Bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for 15 minutes.
Lubricate each cake with baked potato and mushroom stuffing, sprinkle with cheese. And thus sandwich all the cakes. the top layer of stuffing is not necessary to lubricate, sprinkle with cheese only.
Bake in a preheated 200 degrees in the oven for 7-8 minutes ( to melt cheese). Before serving cut into portions. Bon appetit!
