Pancakes with full sun spicy cranberry sauce
Thick traditional pancakes on the yeast with the surplus of fruit - apples and apricots with a fragrant sauce. Cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg create a unique spicy notes in the sauce from the cranberries. This sauce is suitable for any pancakes on your favorite recipe.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    0.25 pack

  • Yogurt

    0.5 l

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

  • Dried apricots

    100 g

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Cranberries

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Sesame

Cooking

Cut the washed apricots and apples.

Put yeast dough with the aforementioned ingredients, not very thick, but viscous. Allow to rise. Apricots and apples add to the dough.

Fry the thick pancakes with butter TM Oleina

For the sauce cranberries pour water that just covers the berries, add sugar. Warm up by the fire, do not boil.

Starch diluted in a small amount of warm (not hot!) water

Pour starch into the berry puree, add spices and bring to a boil. Do not boil, stirring continuously. The sauce will thicken. Serve pancakes with sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
