Milk soup
Kislenko-spicy soup. Very easy. You can eat both hot and cold.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    7 piece

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Salt

Cooking

Knead a dough of 2 eggs,2 tablespoons water,2 cups of flour and a quarter teaspoon of salt.Let it sit for a while.

Potatoes cut into cubes and put in boiling salted water.

While cooking potatoes, thinly roll out the dough (but not as thin as for noodles)and cut diamonds.

Take 5 eggs.

Add to them a glass of milk,a quarter teaspoon of salt,whisk.

And put in the microwave for 10 minutes.

In poluchivshaya potatoes add our flour the pan and a knob of butter.Stop,so as not stuck together.(You can replace the diamonds with pasta-shells,also delicious,but not so)

After surfacing pan cook for 15 minutes and remove the pan from the heat (just in case try to diamonds does not stick in your teeth,cooking time depends on the thickness,the thinner,the faster).

While our soup cools slightly,prepare the dressing on the side.Yogurt mixed with sour cream.Refill our soup dressing.Ideally, we need sour cream or yogurt.
