Candy Iris
Share a wonderful recipe for Fudge. Remember in childhood, the most delicious was the iris "the Gold key" and kitty-Kitty".

Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

    300 g

  • Honey

    130 g

  • Butter

    130 g

  • Cream

    250 g

Honey and sugar mix in a saucepan and put on a small fire. While stirring continuously. Bring to a boil and cook until amber color, about 10 minutes. In parts add the butter at room temperature.

Pour in the hot cream. Cook until desired consistency, stirring all the time. Check for readiness: drip a couple of drops of our mixture on a cold surface, allowed to harden and try, are you satisfied with the consistency.

The form 20 by 30 with parchment and coat with butter. Pour the finished mixture and allow to cool, but not completely.

Still soft iris cut with a knife into squares. Allow to cool completely.
