Cooking
1 kg of capelin to wash up well.
Capelin is necessary to fill with brine for cooking we will need 5 leaves Bay leaf, clove Bud 15,
2 tbsp of salt and 1 liter of water.
Put the pan on the gas, bring to a boil and boil for 5-7 minutes. Then give the brine to cool completely.
Pour capelin brine and leave for 6-7 hours. All our fish is ready, it turns out very tasty and flavorful!
