Tasty brew with ginger spice and real bubbles!) Love sweeter - increase the amount of sugar you'd like it spicy - add more ginger.

Cooking
Ginger will need a small piece. But from this, I cut off about a third.
To it add freshly squeezed lemon juice.
In warm water to dissolve a Cup of sugar, add dry yeast and mix lemon juice, zest and ginger. Cover and leave for 1.5-2 days.
Strain, pour into bottles, each put on 7-10 raisins (do not wash). Bottle tightly screw on lids and leave for 1,5-2 days.
