Cooking
Zucchini and 100g of cheese to grate. Dill finely chop, add half of the zucchini.
Cottage cheese (my village), mix with eggs, add vegetable oil, flour (5 tbsp heaped), baking powder, salt. Mix well. Next, mix well and squash and cottage cheese.
Chicken fillet (I have the one breast) and onions to scroll in a blender or grinder. Add the dill, egg, salt, spices. Mix well the ground. Beef to beat off.
Form of grease with vegetable oil. Grape leaves wash, dry and fold into shape. Who have no grape leaves, you can do without them. Then in the form put the baking paper, grease with vegetable oil, then recipe.
Next, spread the pumpkin batter.
Chicken stuffing make small meatballs and put on the dough.
Can also be done in batch form. Into molds to lay out one grape leaf, then the batter and the chicken meatball.
Bake in pre-heated oven (200 deg.) 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, sprinkle grated cheese casserole and bake another 10 minutes.
Cool. The cooled casserole becomes thicker and easy to cut.
