The name left almost the same as in the original. Very much like it, though, when I discovered a recipe for the first time, I thought that among the ingredients I find candy with the same name... it was much easier, but no less delicious. "Not sweet, but milk (cream) and a bird"! A great, quick dish of chicken in a delicious cheese sauce with bright splashes of garlic. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Светлана07 called "Chicken thighs "bird's milk" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".
Put the thighs in a pan (to cut into two parts I didn't each thigh), pour the water so it was 2 fingers above the thighs, add the peppers, salt I did not, it is better to salt at the very end, after you add the cheese (it comes in different degree of salinity).
On medium heat simmer under lid for about an hour, so the meat was roasted, and the broth was very concentrated and it was a little.
Then add cheese and mix well, remove pan from heat and leave to get another 10 minutes.
Add chopped garlic (I RUB on a small grater).
Finished the thighs with the sauce spread on plates. Garnishes rice, boiled or fried potatoes, sprinkle with herbs. PLEASANT TO YOU OF APPETITE! :)
