Chicken liver pate with mushrooms
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2007 by user elena-alej called "Chicken pate with mushrooms" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". Delicate pate will taste gourmet.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    225 g

  • Chicken breast

    275 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Orange zest

  • Cream

    60 ml

  • Bread crumbs

    25 g

Cooking

Cut in half mushrooms.

Mince the chicken Breasts.

Prepare the stuffing: add the beaten eggs, zest, cream, bread crumbs, mushrooms and season.

Place the mold on a baking sheet. Grease two sheets of baking paper. With one sheet line a rimmed baking sheet. Spoon the mixture into the form and cover with the second sheet of paper, oiled side down. Pour into the pan water that it reached the middle of the form.

Cook until the paste becomes a solid.

Put the finished pie from the mold and slice with a sharp knife. Serve hot or cold.
