Ice-cream cake
Very easy to prepare the cake, just in case, when you want sweet and refreshing.

Ingredients

  • Cookies

    450 g

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Condensed milk

    200 g

  • Cream

    0.5 cup

  • Ice cream

    550 g

  • The sugar syrup

Cooking

Cookies grind in a blender, add the butter and condensed milk, mix well

Put into a form (razumnoy), good press, making edges

Whip the cream, divide into 3 pieces, add to melted ice cream, one portion left white, the 2 other add syrup (I have the cherry and chocolate)

Further in the form of a stack as you wish, alternating colors.

Put in the freezer to cool
