Grape jam
Interesting dessert. Flavor and color reminiscent of cherry jam, but taste tart, as it is from dark grapes.

Ingredients

  • Grapes

    1 kg

  • Sugar

    1 kg

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Citric acid

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

Grapes wash, sort, detach from the branches. To prepare sugar syrup of 1 kg of grapes take 1 kg of sugar and one Cup of water. First in the hot water dissolve the sugar

Then in the syrup put berries, soak it in, 30 min., cook on low heat for 2-3 time for an hour. During cooking from the surface of the jam with a spoon remove the foam together with the floating seeds.

Before removing from the heat for 1 kg of berries add a teaspoon of citric acid powder and vanilla sugar or a few crystals of vanillin.
