Long found this recipe in the magazine "Recipes for an encore". And just turned up the case: already for a long time is bacon in the fridge and there is something no one wants. So I remembered this wonderful recipe. Products at least, and the result is magnificent. My thanks to the author of the recipe Tatiana Shmalko.

Skip through Mincer with a fine grid bacon, hard-boiled eggs, garlic. (The next time I will try to chop all in a food processor, I think it would be better). Add black pepper and mayonnaise (I had 1 tsp). In General, need as much mayonnaise, the mass was homogenous, but not runny.

Mix well. Transfer to a jar with a lid and store in the fridge. Very tasty (according to author) with black bread. But I have today it was not white was also sooooo delicious.
