Vegetable stew Turkish
Very simple dish, but thanks to the sauce, very tasty. Summer and unusually bright. There can be warm and cold. A collection of vegetables suitable to your taste.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

  • Pepper

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Dill

  • Salt

Eggplant and zucchini peel strips. Will be more beautiful. But if you want, remove the skin completely.
