Grate the orange peel on a coarse grater, juice press. In a saucepan, mix cranberries, sugar, zest and orange juice, add the port wine. Put the bag with the spices and keep on medium heat until berries begin to burst. To increase the fire and boil until thick 5 minutes. To test for readiness – saucer drip a drop of jelly. If the spreads – jelly not ready, you need to boil a few more minutes. With a slotted spoon to remove the foam, remove bag with spices, cool, then pour into a clean warm jar. Store in a cool dark place.
