Warm salad of Brussels sprouts with chicken and Parmesan cheese. It is very delicious and almost healthy dish! Because Brussels sprouts have so many vitamins, minerals and much more usefulness! And Parmesan cheese the dish gets a flavor of Italian in the morning!!!

Cooking
Chicken fillet wash and cut into pieces (not melechim).
In a separate bowl prepare the marinade. Soy sauce "KIKKOMAN", ground pepper, a clove of garlic, combine and mix well.
Add in the marinade chicken pieces and leave to marinate for 20 min.
Boil in salted water Brussels sprouts. Sometimes the cabbage is bitter, to avoid this trouble, I have a secret. When the water boils, the water is drained and pour new water with the cabbage adding a few drops of lemon juice and boil for another 5-7 minutes.
Boiled cabbage cools. More head is cut into two parts and fry in butter.
Carrots three on a grater (I have a grater for Korean carrot).
Marinated meat and carrot fry in vegetable oil for 10 minutes.
At the end of cooking add the chopped garlic (the second clove), sour cream, pepper and simmer for another 5min.
