In the absence in the month of April in our band of fresh fruits and vegetables I suggest you try here's a cocktail that is both tasty and healthy.

Ingredients

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Honey

    3 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    100 g

  • Cinnamon

Carrot squeeze the juice.

Half of celery to make a juice.

The remaining half of the celery and slice bananas, put into blender. Add the carrot and lemon juices, honey, yoghurt and grind to a smooth consistency.
