Croatian fish pie
Delicate fish pate, melting in the mouth. Recipe brought to you from Sunny Croatia. You can do as the fish (red, white) and shrimp and any seafood. Stunning! Universal recipe.

Ingredients

  • Tuna

    350 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Anchovies

    5 piece

  • Capers

    1 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

    7 Tbsp

  • Butter

    10 g

Begin now to Prepare this pate is very simple. And as fast and nice it is;) Take a fish!

In a saucepan heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil, warm the Bay leaf and cook the fish.

Cool fish. Prepare the remaining ingredients.

Add to a blender the fish, onion, garlic, anchovies, olive oil, parsley, a knob of butter, capers. All put on grinding. Minutes for 3-5.

After our pie well beaten, check again for salt and pepper and, if You are satisfied, cover with clingfilm and leave in the fridge for " hours. I do in the evening, cleaned for the night. This morning for Breakfast with a Cup of coffee...
