Cooking
Combine the butter, sugar, 1/4 cups. of honey and 3 tbsp. coffee until smooth.
The top sift the flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt and a pinch of vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
For the filling, whisk together peanut butter, powdered sugar, 3 tbsp honey, a pinch of vanilla, and 1-2 tbsp of coffee. The filling should be fairly dense, but not dry.
Preheat the oven to 180 gr. Line a rimmed baking sheet with baking paper. Of peanut mass roll into 24 balls.
